Local Pensions Partnership Investments announces key senior leadership appointments to support industry change and its business growth plan

Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPP Investments) has appointed Louise Warden as Head of Real Estate and Indirect Infrastructure, alongside a series of new strategic appointments.

Louise, previously Head of Real Estate, has been with LPP Investments for more than five years and will now be responsible for coordination and strategy for the firm’s real estate and infrastructure investment pooling vehicles (IPVs).

Dev Jadeja has also been appointed as Deputy Chief Investment Officer (CIO). In this new role, he will lead LPP Investments’ indirect investment activities across all asset classes, directing strategy for the pool’s multi-asset investment and whole scheme management approach.

In addition to these appointments, LPP Investments has made several key internal promotions in its investment team. Lee Belfield has been promoted to Investment Director, Direct Infrastructure; Julia Carter to Portfolio Manager, Direct Infrastructure, and Annabel Bates has been confirmed as Senior Analyst for Infrastructure.

LPP Investments also recently welcomed William Edwards who joined in January as Deputy Portfolio Manager in the direct infrastructure team.
